Bio
Kathleen Schweiger is the Founder and CEO of Ohana Marketing Group, bringing more than five years of experience as one of the nation's top-performing sales professionals. Throughout her career, she consistently ranked as the #1 representative in the country, earning the trust of national brands through exceptional performance, leadership, and a results-driven approach.
After years of delivering record-breaking results in the field, Kathleen launched Ohana Marketing Group with a vision of building a company where exceptional people could develop into exceptional leaders. Today, Ohana continues to partner with many of the same national clients she represented throughout her career, helping drive customer acquisition while developing the next generation of business leaders.
Originally from Miami and a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida, Kathleen leads with the belief that success is built on integrity, relationships, and continuous growth. She is passionate about mentoring others, creating opportunities, and building a culture where people are challenged to reach their full potential.
Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys traveling, reading, spending time on the water, and embracing new experiences that fuel both personal and professional growth.

Meet Victoria, a Florida native with a passion for reinvention! She began her career in esthetics, even owning and running her own successful business for five years. Seeking a new challenge, she transitioned into sales, quickly earning a promotion to HR Manager after just six months. Now, Victoria thrives in her role, overseeing everything from recruiting to onboarding, and is dedicated to helping new hires succeed. Her journey is a testament to taking risks and flourishing at every turn!
Darren is the Human Resources Manager at Ohana Marketing Group, bringing a unique blend of creativity, leadership, and people development to the team. Originally from Saipan in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, he moved to the United States at 18 to pursue his education and career.
Darren earned his bachelor's degree in Theatre from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota before completing a Master of Fine Arts in Acting at the University of Central Florida. Prior to joining the sales and marketing industry, he worked as a professional actor and teaching artist with theater companies throughout Orlando.
After joining one of our business partners in 2021, Darren quickly became a top Corporate Trainer and was promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2022. Today, he is passionate about developing talent, supporting team growth, and helping create a positive culture where people can thrive.
Michael is a Senior Corporate Trainer and member of the management team at Ohana Marketing Group. Since joining the company, he has earned three promotions and currently leads teams generating more than $10,000 in weekly sales.
With eight years of experience in the culinary industry, Michael brings a strong work ethic and a passion for leadership, communication, and helping others grow. He enjoys mentoring new team members and creating an environment where people can build confidence and reach their goals.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys rebuilding cars and motorcycles, always looking for new projects that challenge his creativity and problem-solving skills.
